☆☆☆☆I WON!!! NO VISITATION!!☆☆ Their lawyer was late and the judge called us up anyways he had ask me to explain wht I wouldnt and wont let them see them. I explained through many interruptions from her. Tje judge threatened to throw her in jail if she interrupted either of us again. (Which was hilarious! ) As I was trying to tell him abour the previous filing and the Ga. State law that says they can only file once every 2 years. A lawyer comes in and says their lawyer is on the way. So we were seated again to wait. She gets in trouble again for sneaking a cell phone in the court house (it rang) they took her cell phone. Finally her lawyer shows up and wants to talk with me. So I wasted time talking to him. Finally after more waiting we are called back up. Where the judge politely tells us that he read the state law and they have already filed so todays motion is denied and they can try again in two years. THE LOOK ON ALL THREE FACES WERE PRICELESS!!! As I was leaving the lawyer caught up with me to plead with me once again I said No dude im done but I would like to thank you though. I said because of you I won this case! Thanks for making it so easy!! Have a great day!!! It was epic!! I feel so relieved that its over!! Thank you God for answering my prayers!! And thank you all for praying and for all the support!!!
