I WON THE LOTTO !!! Ok , so mayyyyybe not the lotto , but in the world of CI , this comes pretty close . Two weeks ago , my buddy Mike sent me a picture of this pan that he had found at a yard sale with the question Is this worth $20 ? He knew I had been looking for one but I was at work making a milk delivery and didnt realize I had a message . Three hours later , I saw the message and went in to full on HOLY CRAP mode ! By the time I got ahold of him , he said he didnt know if it was worth it and since I didnt respond , he said he didnt get it . Yall remember the feeling ya got when they announced there would be no more Twinkies ... Ever ?! Yea , well , I was more bummed than that ! So when I delivered to his store the following Wednesday , Mr. Fibber Mcfibpants confessed that he had bought it ( apparently hes a 3 time world torture champion ) but he had forgot it at home . Unfortunately his son had to spend 2 weeks in Childrens Hospital due to some complications from his heart transplant so I was in for a bit of a wait . No biggie . EXTREMELY happy to report that his son finally got to come home Monday and is on the mend . So when I made my delivery to his store today , this was sitting on the counter just waiting for me . He said he lied about the price too . They were asking $15 , his wife offered them $10 and they took it . What was my price ? $200 like some of them are going for on IMA ? Nope ! Two easy payments of $19.95 ? Nope ! Repay the $10 they paid for it ? NOPE ! After months of looking for a CI bundt that I wouldnt have to pawn a kidney for , I was given one , absolutely free ! No idea who made it but it has a couple of gate marks on it and havent spotted any flaws . Cant wait to get it in the E-tank and get it all cleaned up . :) Thanks again , Mike !
