I absolutely agree with mr.Nick Cleggs suggestion that Russia should be further sanctioned with the withdrawal of the hosting right of the 2018 worldcup if,ongoing investigations find that Russia and the Ukrainian rebels actually downed the malaysian airliner killing all 298persons on board.Blatter has presently said that the hosting right remain with Russia,apparently from FIFAs position of separating football from politics.if the investigations implicate Russia,then blatter must withdraw the rights,or FIFAs position will amount to insensitivity,unmitigated wickedness and blatant hypocrisy,for a body that brandishes FAIR PLAY PLEASE as its slogan each time an international match is to be played.i think that theres nothing fair about blowing off an airplane with people;whole families,innocent children and the aged from the air.Is Blatters FIFA telling the world that theirfair play please should be observed only at FIFA organised football matches,and that countries of the world could kill,maim and try to anahilate themselves once theyre off football fields?i believe that its not really practicable to distinguish politics from football (we saw what happened prior to and during the just concluded fiesta held in brazil)Again,if exhaustive investigation show that Russia was complicit in this moast gruesome murder of those passengers,then i strongly support that Russias inclination to becoming a pariah state is quickly checked with very severe sanctions,including denying them the pleasure and the benefits of hosting the world and the beautiful game.
