I absolutely hate elitism, pessimism, overuse of isms, and patronization. This guy though seems like yet another asshole, but actually...his words alone speak quite a bit of truth. Ive got to be honest, in so many ways, Vegans almost have justification behind their hostility. Not that I could really justify someone coming up to someone eating a meal and getting all up in their face telling them that theyre bad people. Its such a complicated problem especially since what we eat is so deeply rooted in our culture. Its wrong to process and eat human beings, so why then do we do it to living beings we dont call humans? Our knees shake at the thought of the holocaust, but farms seem perfectly okay until you switch all the cows with humans. It really puts things into perspective when your wake up in the morning saying I love the smell of pig flesh. Taco salad is one of my favorite foods and its got mashed up cow bodies in it. I never socialized with cows or pigs and frankly I dont find it all that fun to hang around with, but Im sure wed all agree that we dont want to die. Death is inevitable, but it sucks to have predators because it speeds that up. We stopped hammering shell fish to get purple because we didnt need to anymore. Thats it, thats how easy it is; stop doing. And yet, absolutely impossible for us. In the end it really would be nice to not have to kill things to survive and enjoy taste. Its not about this cultist Im better than you, Im the evolution of human beings crap, nor calling yourself some silly name, its about preservation and respect; you dont wear a badge or wave a flag, you just do things less. https://youtube/watch?v=xYP1GGdRMYo
