I absolutely loved The Imitation Game coming in at #8 on my 2014 top ten countdown. A group of scholars attempt to crack Germanys Enigma code during WWII in Morten Tyldums historical thriller. Though the story in itself is interesting, its Benedict Cumberbatchs performance as computer scientist Alan Turing that is truly engaging. Several films actually moved me to tears last year and this was one of the most powerful.
