I actually made progress with AT&T regarding my benefits today. These people are so out of it. After 2 weeks of trying to figure out what happened to my health insurance they were happy to report that the investigation showed it was cancelled! NO SHIT, SHERLOCK! Today I finally got a person with evidence of an IQ and I have some confidence they are working to resolve the situation. I did get an answer that I am not completely clear about, but was told I am on a combination of a medical retirement and company disability. The next question was that if I am on a medical retirement, where are my pension checks? Well they dont send them unless you call and ask them for them! Since I was told I wasnt on a medical retirement I had never asked them for them. You think getting phone service through them would drive Mother Theresa to drink? Try working for them. It took me 6 WEEKS just to get dial tone where I live now. They need to change their name to fustercluck.
