I actually think that some riders are a little too aggressive in their lane filtering, but I still think that this should be legal and publicised as being so. That way car drivers will know that riders are legally doing it and will hopefully not get all agro on them. Riders are still going to do it no matter if it is legal or not, just because they fit and it is safer to get out in front of the traffic.
