I agree with you 100% Greta. O.J. Simpson, (and any other person accused), enjoys the presumption of innocence, until he is proven guilty in a court of law. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. In my opinion, the prosecution was inept, though some may not agree. It is clear, however they did not do the job. in the end, the mountain of evidence simply was not evident as trumpeted in the onset. If I were a juror, I would have been disturbed and unlikely to give a conviction verdict. I believe a more capable prosecutor would have gotten the conviction. The final display by Marcia Clark pointing to the jury and making comments that were out of line should have been the last of her career.
