I almost forgot! #3PositiveThingsInMyLifeDay4 1,2 & 3 ( because its long and so full of positiveness) probably the most truthful personal post Ill post (publicly) -LifeChurchTv Going to church always puts me at peace within myself, and for some time I lost the peace within me, I was angry, I Yelled a lot, i cursed a lot, and i argued a lot, I held onto grudges, blame, bitterness, and had a lot of hate boiled up, forgiveness was not an option I gave much thought to. After a rough patch in life, mixed with some wonderful blessings and some much needed encouragement from people who have been a part of my life for 20+ years I needed to get right with myself, and after thinking of what makes me most at peace, I knew, it was church, its always been church. Every time I left Tree of life in New Braunfels I was happy, so i did some searching and boy are there lots of church options in Stillwater, but LifeChurch website had my attention with the kids program. I made the decision I needed to go, even if my husband didnt want to go, I needed this for me, and thought my children could too, so I packed quiet soft snacks for Abcde, assuming shed sit with me, because besides family and close friends she hadnt left my side. We were welcomed with smiles, snacks, and acceptance right at the front door, Heather showed us the kid ropes, and to my astonishment, Abcde walked in that class like a boss and told me bye! #GoodSign I sat alone, and listened to Pastor Craig, and heard & felt every word. Each Sunday Im eager to hear his next message, or I look forward to the next series, bring on #FollowingChristInASelfieCenteredWorld My children are learning the word, really learning, and are excited about it, I love getting to serve with the children and help them to teach their parents what mine teach me! Ive met some truly wonderful people and feel like weve finally found a forever church home, God is working miracles within me, my children, and even my husband attends now and then. I was baptized for the first ever (by chelsea & my grandma), and was ecstatic to get the honor of baptizing my first born directly after . I look forward to sisters this weekend, open door and connecting in a life group. Thank you LifeChurch Stillwater and all the wonderful people whove welcomed my family.
