I almost forgot to post this. Heres my seafood linguine for everyone that asked. Measurements are approximate, just adjust to your tastes. 3 sticks of unsalted butter A few tbsp of olive oil 1/2 to 3/4 cup minced fresh garlic (or more) Pinch of red pepper flakes, more if you like spice Gently sweat those ingredients together. Meanwhile, cook a pound of linguine to package directions. 1.5 cup white wine Juice of 2 lemons A little bit of pasta water Splash of chicken stock or clam broth. Optional, I only use it if I have some to use up Salt and pepper to taste, I like a lot of pepper myself Let everything simmer and come together. Then add your seafood. I usually just do clams and shrimp. Add what takes the longest to cook first. Turn off the heat and add your al dente linguine to the pot. Stir in plenty of fresh parsley or basil. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy
