I always get asked if I do the basic lifts with the bar. So, here it is: American Deadlift. It is very similar to a video I posted last week using the Hammer Strength Deadlift machine. On the top part of the movement tilt your hip forward and squeeze your glutes. Make sure you keep your core n back tight and stable. I did: 4x 20 American Deadlifts (VIDEO) 10 (each leg) single leg glute bridge using two benches.
