I always here ppl say, I wanna lose weight. I think losing weight is overrated! I think the important thing is that u feel light on ur feet, u feel strong and healthy no matter what ur weight is. If u start working out at a certain weight and u dont lose much but u feel great, stay there, ur home! I think the weight chart is a big joke, it means nothing! Ive seen ppl that are in the normal weight that look like they got hit by a train cuz theyre so unhealthy! And then theres animals like me. Im 5 11 205 lbs, and Im in the high end of the over weight category. Im 25 lbs overweight, if I was to gain 8 lbs Id be in the obese category. That being said, I can benchpress over 300 lbs. Leg press over 525 lbs and I can bike over 200 miles in one day. Its all about feeling light on ur feet! If u feel light on ur feet at 300 lbs., stay there! Theres always something we can work on but again like I said, the most important thing is feeling light on ur feet.
