I always like to see most movies that have a Christian theme because they draw so much attention from left leaning constituents. I had not heard much about Noah other than Gods name was never mentioned. Another snippet I read indicated that Al Gores followers were thrilled with the movie since it was all about what bad affects men had on the environment. Well, yes it appears there is truth to both Gods name and Mother Nature. In the movie, the names of the central Biblical characters were correct and there was an Ark. Definitely there was a Flood of Magnanimous Proportions as only Hollywood (and God of course) could manage. But my take on this movie is I really dont think God will be offended by not being mentioned. And Mother Nature...well shes going to always win the battle no matter what but really the movie did not give a solution to todays perceived problems. I am glad that I went to see the movie because I am just a curious person. Could it have waited to Redbox...yes? But it was raining, we needed dog food and the theater was in the same shopping center...so why not?
