I am Administrative Assistant working under Dzongkhag Administration, Trashigang, before that I have been working at Gelephu with out most dedication to fulfill entire contentment of the organization. I still put up myself with question asking what actually makes my superior suddenly to hate me with no rationale. Within short span of time, I nearly lost chance to go for my continuous Distance Education at ILCS, Taktse, I was issued with last warning although I have been in office doing my regular task, I have no chances of availing EOL for entire service period since it was already entered one day EOL based on last warning. The same batch of mine who were interviewed & selected in ministry are still enjoying perfect environment of their first place where I was transferred based on report of my superior by Ministry of Home & Culture Affairs without any other alternatives which I have chosen first at Phuntsholing Drungkhag, Second Tsirang Dzongkhag & Third option at Pangbang Drungkhag. I was shocked when I was transferred at Trashigang Dzongkhag while my other colleges at different places got at least in their last option. I have appealed to Dzongkhag HR officer & to Dasho Dzongdag, Sarpang, my service book were once taken & nothing necessary action has been taken & returned back, then I call upon Chief HRO of Home Ministry, there he advise me to submit in writing & I have submitted scanned application via mail, later he confirmed me saying Ministry will look forward in my case, the result was just compelling me to go for transfer without any further explanation. On first day after resuming my regular duty from studies, I was relieved to Trashigang Dzongkhag. I made a call & submitted appealing letter in writings to RCSC for their directives, they say they don’t deal with such cases & better discuss with parent Ministry, After thinking over & over again, I made my mind to go with Ministry’s order, well I never had any bad feeling because, nothing I can do with Superiors & I thought it was my faith. One month after resuming duties in Trashigang Dzongkhag, I could see the set of my PE forms for January to June, 2012, which was left in service book strike over & given new ratings without any basis. Again after few days I am surprise to see the two pages letter with court verdict attached & address to Dasho Dzongdag, letter contains very sensitive issue, the key point they mentioned is, he is person who don’t have any respect to superiors & if necessary action is not taken at right time he might let arise rigorous issue between Country & people of Bhutan. I am still wondering, what things I have done against my King, Country & People. I will confess here, I was the one to report the Gecko Case with Range Office & even to Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Agriculture & Forests. I have my own justification to proof the matter beyond reasonable doubt. Forest Team comprising CFO, Ranger & Bid Officer made me witness, let me down in court, even relevant agency favored those wrongdoer, same Gecko has been stolen from Range office, Dasho MI’s, CFO & Range office have mutually compromised the case, I still have question for them, what makes you people to interfere when robbery take place from Government office. The fine amounting one lakh was all made after embezzling fund from another source; poor caretaker was chocked out from service, now whole family is to be seen nowhere. Kuensel has brought to public notice, but nobody take it as serious issue, such a big wonder in small society. I was accused & defamed in social forum with types of issue; I was warned so many times from numerous unknown numbers putting my life at risk, they use every articles, still people down look over me, if one don’t have any background, fighting for rights will only led us at lost, therefore I love being myself, I don’t have any bad feelings over others, anything happens with reason, bad things always contains good lesson to learn in the life.
