I am PISSED OFF. You know me, Im hardly ever mad but after reading this irresponsible post on anothers page I have to rant one last time and this will be it.... She claims that depression is not a chemical imbalance and basically says people should be able to snap out of it. Okay - that alone is bad enough, but then says meds should not be taken...WHAT? Id be freakin DEAD now if I didnt have meds. I have been taking them for over 10 years with no side affects except happiness, no anxieties, new career, and a future I look forward to every day. Some people need meds to recover and to tout all of this non-medical reasoning is irresponsible, plain and simple. Oh, my other side affect was keeping my family together and loving life... forgot about that one....
