I am REALLY cross! Had my nails done and pedicure in Cest Nails in Warlingham last Monday. She applied antiseptic to my heel and said it was cracked. When I got he my heel was bleeding and a chunk had clearly been taken out by the blade she was using. Ive had problems all week, blood on sheets and really sore. Went to complain today and she is going to have a think about what could have caused the bleeding!!! Took no responsibility whatsoever! Im certainly NOT going back. Can anyone recommend a good nailbar please? O. K. Rant over!
