I am SO sick of seeing all the negativity surrounding law enforcement. First and foremost they are human beings with families, just like you and I. Secondly, their job is to serve and protect...which would be hard to do if they were dead. So their own protection comes first. They knowingly put themselves in the line of fire...but that doesnt mean they dont have a right to protect themselves. Sure some arent exactly stand up citizens...but in what profession have you ever seen anything like perfection? There are bad ones in every profession out there. That doesnt give anyone the right to ridicule all for the mistakes of a few. Thirdly, who do you call when you need protection? When you have been robbed? When there is a bad car wreck? When some crack head murders your loved one and runs off? When your daughter is raped? Who runs after these scum bags full throttle...demanding justice?! For what? For people that ridicule them for their imperfections? For people that dont appreciate all that they do? For people that try to shoot them or run over them in their cars as they run from them? Yes. Yes thats who...along with the rest of us who actually DO know what they do and how much they sacrifice and actually DO APPRECIATE all they do. Everyone is so quick to judge and blame. Who are YOU to say whats right n wrong in a situation you may or may not have all the facts about? Do you really think the media always gets it right and gives you all the facts? Just because you see parts of a story online or on TV...it must be true right? Criminals who have murdered, raped, molested, tortured, and taken whats not theirs are innocent until proven guilty...why are our law enforcement officers not? They shoot out of fear and protection of their own lives and they are horrible, unforgiveable people...but a man purposefully beats or shoots a law enforcement officer because they themselves werent abiding by the laws of their state or country and its just another story....hypocrisy!!!! Everybody wonders why our country is falling apart. Judgment, blame, hypocrisy, closed-mindedness...just to name a few. For those of you who this offends...feel free to defriend me...I really am not sorry. I love you Russell Boswell!!! I appreciate all that you do...I pray Gods will is for you to continue to come home to me every night. Im so proud of you! A big thank you to all of you who serve and protect the rest of us!
