I am VERY disappointed with Dicks Sporting Goods. I would be very careful before buying anything online from Dicks Sporting Goods. I went to the Brook Road store to pick it up today but found out the only one left was a display that did not have the documentation with it but had the combination displayed on the front. As per the store sales associate, some of the hardware was missing as well. I also tried to purchase a Kayak on sale this morning through the website but got a message The following Items are currently not available for Buy Online. When I went to the Brook Road store, the merchandise is available for purchase. We tried to purchase via PayPal again and got the same message at the store. I have since cancelled the order for the Gun Safe but Im not so sure theres not going to be a fight about it. Dicks Sporting Goods, you need to do better, a lot better if you want my business. You just lost a $1,000.00 sale.
