I am Very very disappointed with Tim and the guys at true decks... In march we paid $2700 for our very first deck and hired these guys ... And was told we had a one year warranty !!! So we find out that this is at all not true, we have had them talk very rude to us and have had very poor communication with them avoiding phone calls massages on fb and text mails!! They did finally come and tell us they would be replacing approx 25 boards and rails at the most because of warping and and peeling of the wood grain. Telling us they would show up on Wednesday and never showed or called until Thursday then taking 2 hrs to replace 6 boarders left for a bit then returned replaced 3 more and then disappeared with out a confirmation of their completion. Now that they have finally returned a text to my husband they say that they are not going to fix any more of the deck we were to have a one year warranty on, I am not saying that you shouldnt do business with them I am just saying watch out! I only hope that these guys dont treat everyone the way they done us!!! Please be aware of these 3 guys and their poor customer services... As we have had to learn the hard way.
