I am a Christian. I am a Christ follower. I am a representative of Jesus Christ. Being a Christian affects & shapes every part of my life. I find myself getting all worked up sometimes with the political climate in our country. We are told that the political system is poisoned, partisan & angry. But Ive read where early in our nations history duals occurred because of political differences. Ive read of a politician whipping another with a cane and one even knifed another. Maybe it would be good to return to those days. Let em fight it out & see who wins! Just kidding, kinda. Politics evoke passion. People who pay attention usually are passionate about their views. I know I am. But Im a Christian first. My passion needs to be focused on Jesus. He will establish a government that will never end. He will rule in righteousness & holiness. But also fairly & in love. I will pay attention politically. I will vote & try to be an influencer. But I will do it through my Christianity & allegiance to Jesus Christ. Hes my priority. Be blessed.
