I am a Proud Bicolana and Proud Ybanag at the same time We Bicolanos love to cook and eat laing,we use dried taro leaves as the main ingredients,rich and creamy in coconut,siling labuyo,dried tinapa ,pork fats,sometimes we used crab or hipon as pampalasa.
