I am a firm believer that a daily dose of the Word of God is vital to living an overcoming victorious life. This has been proven time and time again by great people down through history and by the spoken word of God Himself. Every day there are going to be problems that come our way; that we didn’t plan for and literally take us by surprise. The Lord tells us that the “steps of a good man are ordered of the Lord” (Ps 37:23). We only have today so why don’t we do everything possible to have a day filled with success? Tomorrow has no guarantee. Let this Word sink down into your bosom and become infused in your bloodstream: “Dear friends, if our hearts don’t condemn us, we have confidence before God, that we will receive what we ask of Him, if we follow His commands and do what pleases Him” (1Jn 3: 21’22). The days have too much trouble in themselves to try and go it alone. Why not set yourself up for maximum victory. Open your heart, mind, and spirit up to His great plans for you and receive God’s perfect word for you right now! Listen to the Scriptures once more; “Continue to delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart” (Ps 37:4). Why not make this day the best day of your life?
