I am a little miffed at how this puppy has been treated. Why wouldnt Lancaster investigate for cruelty? Then it was a mess how our rescue got him... I guess everything happens for a reason. At the end of the day its about the dog. We will see this baby through to his forever home with great care.This little one needed extra special care after having rubber bands on his leg for who knows how long. He has a stuck testicle also. Oh..and the bubble gum on his ears, tell me he must have been with kids (I would like to put rubber bands on their parents arms (actually other places so they cant breed anymore) This is one of the worst wounds, we have had in our rescue, 7 months old and gone through hell...Hell yes, I am pissed.
