I am a proud Australian today after hearing that our Prime Minister, Tony Abbott, spent last night helping in the fight to try to save areas of the Blue Mountains from further fire devastation. I thought that perhaps he wouldnt be able to continue as a reserve fire fighter once he became PM but lets face it, if you have an ethical moral spirit then you wont allow anyone to stand in your way to stop you from doing what you believe is right. Mr Abbott is to be applauded for the man he is and those throwing the muck from their comfy chairs in an airconditioned home or office, should view him as an example of a PM we havent seen before, someone to look up to and respect. May he stay safe always.
