I am a regular clients, I have a standing appointment every 14 days. I absolutely love Ricky and all the wonderful work he puts in my hair. I have never left without my hair looking fabulous. My complaint would be the new chairs. Like I said I have a standing appointment every 14 days, typically on Friday. Therefore I have to bring my laptop to continue to work. Since you have purchased these new chairs my feet do not touch the ground. By the time my 1.5-2 hour appointment is over all the circulation has dropped to my feet. It also makes it very difficult to work with my laptop sliding down my legs, they dont touch the floor. As I sit and wait for my color to process I hear other clients complain of the new chairs as well. Honestly I would rather stand up for the full 2 hours than sit in those chair. Please bring back the old chairs or exchange for different chairs that fit NWA demographic. This location is not known to be tall many of us are vertically challenged. I still love Ricky... he is the best.
