I am a selfie sculpter. I am a Lover of the rejuvenating cells which dance within my body, and I am their #1 fan. I am the head cheerleader of my entire being. I am the boss, the CEO, the head hauncho. What I think, what I say, goes. I get to choose my schedule. Today I choose to step back from the distractions firing off like microscopic missiles all around my existence, and sit quietly in that sacred core space within myself where I am both the Creator and the Observer-both everything and nothing in simultaneous void. And I will hold each thought that arises-hold them one by one, fiercely in my heart I will. And then, when my spirit has streched and expanded far beyond their time limits, I will look those thoughts in the eye. I will press my lips to theirs, and whisper, Goodbye., as I let them gently fall far far away...one by one by one. I am in no hurry. There is no rush. There is no pressure. I am free. Free to take my sweet time Loving and honoring myself, as I sculpt. I am an artist. There are no rules in my inner Sanctuary. Its just me sometimes, a Goddess, sitting at the pottery wheel with a giant lump of clay. I am my very own work of art. I am a living, breathing, walking, talking masterpiece of Divinity. Today I will walk the inner halls of the art gallery, deep within the holy temple of my soul, and I will stop often to observantly gaze at the breathtaking beauty of transformation, and I will do it without a single interfering ounce of prejudice or judgement. ~Christy Noel Feddersen
