I am always telling my students to think of every moment as a potential training moment. Yesterday, my daughter was training her horse (who already thinks the boogie man lives in the woods behind the riding ring) when my husband decided to take the big mower and work in the same scary location. Instead of getting off and opting to quit, my daughter decided to get her mare to work through her concern of the noisy equipment and trust her rider. So proud of her and her horse :)
