I am at Snappy Computer with two super kind and understanding techs who are working hard on my desktop and my laptop to save both of them so I can have a working computer...doesnt look good for the laptop...but files r saved...they r still operating on desktop to raise it from the dead...this seems to happen to me every Christmas...Snappy Computer is the best....they have taken care of me when cats took keys off the keyboard when computers got chewed on and knocked off the desk...when a Rottweiler jumped in my lap where the laptop was....and about a hundred cords and keyboards and mice were eaten by foster dogs....Im probably their worse client...especially because im usually crying and having a meltdown when I get to their office....these guys so rock....they love animals and know how stressful this is for me and how animals lives depend on me having a computer
