I am at the end of my rope. Just got a call from the surgeons office. They said my surgery for Monday has been cancelled because my insurance dont pay for out patient surgeries. We were told when we got this policy last March that it covered surgeries, we just had to wait a year since it is pre-existing. Kenny calls the insurance company. They made my husband curse, which he rarely does. Our plan changed and we were not notified. Still paying the high rate that pays for hardly anything. So to make a long story short. My surgery for this coming Monday has been cancelled. I waited a year with this company with a torn rotator cuff thinking I was going to get it repaired. I went and got all those pre-ops yesterday at the hospital for nothing. This happened right after my psychiatrist appointment. All my meds are changing because I have about 5 new diagnosis for all kinds of crazy. So in the middle of everything else going on, I got to find new insurance, that I can afford, to fix my shoulder. So until then, I am stuck with a large tear in my right rotator cuff and again, cannot get it fixed.....and Im nuts.
