I am at the intersection of Fondren and Belfort. I see a man of questionable ethnicity walking across my field of vision, as I type. Olive complexion, Dark hair. I am going to say Hispanic for the gaudy, pompous, gold lame fluer de lis print of his shirt. Points on his boots. And the tacky brilliant belt buckle. Walking as he unbuckles his pants and they drop to his thighs, to tuck in his shirt. I can see the anterior portions of his thighs. I am of the thought that he is commando. Holding onto a cell phone, all without breaking stride. This is an odd part of town.
