I am beyond irritated and embarrassed. I just left the Concord store on highway 29 and tried to use a rain check that I received at the Albemarle store back in November of 2013 for the Tresemme sale of 2 for $7.00. I failed to notice that the customer service representative at the Albemarle store never approved the rain check. There was no signature whatsoever on several of my rain checks that I have received from that store. You best believe I am highly pissed and irritated... The cashier there was pretty much insinuating that we may have stolen rain checks then wrote them ourselves saying that they werent even written in the correct ink either and that the Albemarle store needs to get it together with a snotty attitude. I guess I need to start looking at my rain checks for now on and make sure the associates at the Albemarle store are doing their job.
