I am constantly amazed at the way time seems to bend itself... twist and generally do odd things... How on earth did fifteen years pass since I became a father... I had a great evening yesterday celebrating William s birthday... I just feel it was like a couple of years ago that he arrived and turned my life upside down and sideways... all for the better... In other ways I feel as though I have known William all of my life... even before he was born... odd thing this time thingy... Here is a picture from last evening... William is talking to my Mum... Grandma... they seem to spend a few minutes having to get to know each other again before they are talking as though they lived around the corner from each other... I remember driving home after Williams birth... thinking of the phone calls I would make to family that now seemed just too far away... and thinking how much I wanted my own Dad to witness the new addition to the Devlin clan.... It was just not to be... Anyway... here is one of the quick pictures from Williams fifteenth birthday...
