I am currently working on my first Mini-retreat. I love going to these amazing retreats that Keith and I get to work, but I realize that for a lot of people its difficult to take time and money for multiple day events. So I want to bring the flavor of that to our local area. One full day, lots of creativity and learning and growth with a smaller time and money investment. I envision bringing in local teachers to share their knowledge and passions, myself included. There will be yoga, movement, art, writing, creativity challenges, makeup/body painting etc.. My question is, what would YOU want to see at an event like this? What would you enjoy learning or doing?
