I am deeply impressed with the customer services by Philips Consumer Care Australia. I was presented a Gaggia Coffee machine by a friend for my birthday, but for some reason the Frothing Jet Device was missing and as the results the coffee was sprinkled everywhere when the machine was used. I then contacted Philips Consumer Care Australia with intention to purchase the sparepart, but instead of quoting me the price, Philips Consumer Care Australia offered to send the sparepart including the shipping cost for free! A bit unexpected actually for us. A couple of days ago we received the spare parts, not only one, but 3 pieces !!! I am speechless… Thank you very much Philips for the extraordinary customer services !!! Keep going… that is the key to gain trust for your brands from your customers.
