Summer is just around the corner, heavy rains r coming in Ladysmith, thats when we gonna come out from hirbenation and realise that our houses were damage by hailstorm last summer. R148 million was allocated by national gorv. to assist those who suffered, up 2 this point nil has been done. I think those greedy official r busy figuring the way 2 keep half d amount themselves, because initially there were only 15 houses that needed 2 b rebuild b 4 that millions were allocated, suddenly, according 2 the sources, 360 houses needs 2 b build! Buddies m just trying 2 paint a picture of how greedy people can be!
