I am delighted to announce our next meetup will be held this Wednesday in The County Arms Hotel, Birr at 8pm. The topic is “Ignite your Confidence & Self-Esteem”. Even the most confident of people sometimes need a bit of a boost and this workshop is designed to deliver just that. As usual we will start at 8pm sharp, have a break for 10 minutes and then resume with a Questions and Answers session. The cost is €10. I will have pens and paper but a good idea to bring along your own notebook! The topics will cover: - What is self-esteem and self-confidence? - What are the attributes of each? - How do we develop them? - Our Belief System We will look at ways in which to Ignite it! So please come along – if you know anyone who may be interested let them know.
