I am discussing with Marc Stevens (See Adventures in Legal Land, and more of his work), about how he has declared every cop incompetent to testify he has ever faced in over seven years (as I recall). Here is the email I am sending him now... As far as I can tell, we went through the whole process. There was the initial hearing, several other -seemingly useless- times in court (presumably just to give me chances to file motions, which I was not ready for yet). My Pub. Defender seemed to do a good job with her discovery, interviews, etc.. As far as I can tell (especially while I was in jail for three months, until a few days after my birthday which was June 1), my Pub. Defender was exceptionally good (And quite attractive, btw. ;) ). When I was in jail, and told others of how my lawyer was doing, compared to those of other inmates, they were jealous, and called me lucky. She was actually providing me with the laws/codes/Procedures/etc. I was requesting, unlike most of the other inmates pub. defenders. I thank God for that! The arresting officer (James Jandreau) stated he was not harmed in the report. I had (and have just requested) the discovery docs: pictures of the scene, showing my backpack and bike on the sidewalk, and water bottle, and my sign I was holding (only the back, which had my website: freeornottobe.org, which I lost the registration to while in, and the image did not show the side that read: HUNGRY NEED WORK, which was to my advantage, to prevent the allegation of soliciting/panhandling, even though I have the state and federal rulings stating that is my right under the 1st and 14th Amendments). I need to work on getting that URL back too, when I have the time. I have taken some steps, but the company that has it does not want to let it go (they have ads, and it attracts traffic, because I have made LOTS of links to it out there over the years). [Side note: While I was in Lower Buckeye jail, I got one guard either fired or transferred -a Lieutenant said he is no longer with us for assaulting an inmate, by helping him file a complaint, threatening to file suit... and I got another inmates lawyer put on diversion class for failing to communicate, by filing a bar complaint] I plan to use civil suits to get compensated for the harm done to me by so many (dozens) of public servants (cops, judges, prosecutors, and then legislators later), and then I plan to file criminal complaints (i.e. criminal contempt, and many other charges) against those that refuse to listen to my citations of law and who will not make enough effort to learn to do their jobs correctly (to promote the general welfare and protect individual rights above all else, as the US and Az. constitutions say is the purpose of law/govt.). I also plan to work with the nationallibertyalliance.org, who is reconstituting the constitutional republics, and to use the Grand Jury which Justice Scalia has ruled is not under the control of the courts, thus 12 people should be able to constitute their own Grand Jury, return a true bill, and force the courts to conduct criminal proceedings against the public servants (i.e. county prosecutor) who refuse to do their duty (to protect our individual rights above all else). And much more. Already I am reducing the amount local police are harassing/harming beggars, and educating police, one at a time... but am about to take steps to try and get a memorandum of law to all local police (havent figured out how just yet though), so they know we have the right to panhandle, and as long as we dont infringe on the rights of another, they are committing crimes by doing anything to us against our will. I really do want to learn from you how you declared those cops incompetent to testify, because I intend to do a LOT of litigating (for myself and others, as a career), and wish to educate my Pub. Defender on how to do it as well (she was interested in it when I told her about it. I directed her to you, btw, to learn about it). Thank you VERY much for your help.
