I am dismayed by the cabinet secretary for educations announcement on the increment in university fees as from next academic year.prof.Kaimenyi is out to exclude the poor bright men and women of this country from acquiring education which to me is the greatest equalizer meant to break the york of poverty.Prof Kaimenyis proposal therefore means that poor men and women have no right to change their lives.As a university student leader from humble upbringing,i must say that We will use all means possible-legal and illegal to see that this proposal does not see the light of the day.
