I am dreaming to create a huge corporation.... having a good and loyal employees are the most need. first: hire them... then....... a question arise... In order to create a huge business you need to maintain a great employee. a great employee need to be trained. but... Most of the trained employee that already learned the business become your rival. and it weakens you a little coz your good employee resign and you need to train another one. So... will you train? (but im sure you will not grow) or you train your employee?(Probably he will become your rival)
