I am excited to share that I am now officially the Nutrition Coach for Sawtooth CrossFit! It is an honor to be among such a talented and passionate team of coaches. My goal is to do all that I can to help you improve as an athlete through your nutrition. Nutrition determines our results from body composition, to recovery, to performance, and the list goes on.
