I am fed up with this problem thats long been festering in our town. There is a group of nine underage boys whose criminal ways have gone so brazen to the point that even the relief packs stored in the sports complex have fallen prey to their thievery and its safe to assume that almost all the break ins at the stores at the public market and sports complex were done by this gang who have been coached quite cleverly by someone that they have no reason to fear because under that stupid law authored by a stupid senator under age criminal offenders dont go to jail and guess what even our own openly gay sixty something year old janitor melanio couldnt control his anger pinched the side of one of this boys and ended up paying a hefty amount because the boy threatened to press charges under the child abuse law. No wonder teachers are so afraid of their students and so that students dont skip classes have resorted to putting up toilets inside classrooms so as to eliminate any reason to go out. I refuse to just do nothing and say im helpless so ive decided to fight fire with fire. I am recruiting boys below the age of eighteen with no bad records either in school or at home. God fearing and dutiful sons to their parents with medium to large build and with an average height corresponding to their ages. Age preference is 15 to 17 years old. Resident of poblacion. They will be trained on self defense and given trainings on basic law enforcement by our police and we will provide them uniforms and allowances. They will be called MEDELLINS YOUNG GUARDIANS. This is purely voluntary. SPARE THE ROD SPOIL THE CHILD
