I am fond of eating and have no immunity in food. There is beyond question, I have the inevitable outcome--fatter and fatter. I know I need to make a positive change to make my body and my tomorrow far better before I obtained all the fat, so I decide to start this itinerary. I tested this program by recommendation of a friend. Frankly, I am hesitated about it at outset. But since starting this project, I feel better and have lost one size in clothing.
