I am going overseas for 2-3 years. I needed to change my IC at the age of 30 which is in 3 mths. I called ICA if i could change my IC 3 mths earlier since its really in bad condition and that I will not be around. On top of that there is no singapore embassy or consulate sarajevo! They rejected me and said i need to pay 60bucks if i want so. So i went to see my mp but she is not there. The council staff bluntly ask why i dont want pay! If i want to pay i would not have gone for the meet your caring leader session! He bluntly said after that what i want him to do. I asked if the mp could write me a recommendation letter, he answered if everyone dont want to follow law...i stop him and ask if he wants to help or not. He was so funny to reply "i will send you a letter next week as a form of documentation for the session". I asked him, do you want help or i can just leave. He smile gesturing that i can leave. Such a pleasent day, i end up laughing after that, more like why was i so stupid to think that they will even help! Lol!
