I am going to share this again - because something happened to me last night that made me sad and ties into this article (which I think is a brilliant article) - last night I was driving home and going thru a large parking lot - there was a young kid (African-American) riding his bike thru the lot - I must have looked at him 4 times because I do that around all kids - extra careful etc - they are kids - they make mistakes, ride into traffic etc. What bothers me is to think this kid may have been wondering why I kept looking at him.
