I am happy to report that improvements and upgrades at the Secane Station are moving forward. The first phase of the project is an expansion of the parking lot to provide 60 additional parking spaces, along with improved lighting, more efficient entrance and exit locations, ADA-compliant parking stalls, improved signage, fencing and landscaping. Other phases of the station project include the construction of a new station building, pedestrian tunnel and high-level platforms. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin this month and last approximately five months.
