I am having a total melt down today because of an incident that happened today I live on a main road which also has a really active alleyway which has a small irrigation ditch. I went out to smoke and theres a car pulled off to the side thinking perhaps hes just making way for another car but then coming outside half hour later realizing hes actually stuck in the ditch and seeing an older gentleman trying to help him just cuz this person has tried to get himself out of the ditch just to fall in so we get him out of the ditch get him back into his car I called the police but someone had already called but I feel like an extreme piece of crap just cuz I did call and even tho this person needed to not be driving for his personal safety and the public safety I feel really rotten because he appeared to be a person on SSI with nothing but the joy of his life which was his dog in the car
