I am having a very hard time with some of my people here in Raider Nation. I have seen that some of you believe that firing head coach Dennis Allen or getting rid of our quarterback Terrelle Pryor will somehow make everything better. Where are you people come up with this notion is beyond me but it is about a pure fallacy as I have ever heard. Moves like that at this point will only further continue to set us back and thats what were getting away from. We have leadership we have a plan and we are working that plan as we speak Toma every time you lose you die a bit inside so says George Allen but we are the Raiders and were different were better than that and you all really need to find out what happened in this offseason see the course that were on and jump on the bandwagon because we are well on our way back to prosperity. Jon Gruden is not coming to coach the Raiders he makes four million dollars a year sitting in a booth talking football not grinding it out 12 hours a day at a facility going over tape. Terrelle Pryor is the best thing weve had a quarterback since Rich Gannon yes he makes his mistakes but tell me what essentially rookie quarterback doesnt. You guys need all have a little patience and just let the plan work itself and were going to be ok.
