I am here for all My children, as much as they can hold. As much as they are willing to take. You may have as much of Me as you want. Just breathe Me in like air- My strength, My peace, My love, My very life. Breathe Me in until all is calm and centered simply in Me. Until nothing can disturb or disquiet you in that vital center of your being where I reside. You are safe in Me. Take that safety, that quiet, out into the world with you.
