I am highly upset, disgusted at the disrespectful actions of an employee/manager at a Family Dollar establishment which is located at 500 Geneva Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02122. It is never and I mean never ok for a Man to put his hands on a woman. If you choose to work in the retail business you must be prepared to be in contact with any and everybody black,white, green, purple young, old, rich or poor. Though I fully believe in defending yourself when necessary, you should also be able to control yourself and not fall prey to ignorance. The is a level of professionalism one should possess when working in retail (public) at all times. Its time we stand up and come together as a community, demand our RESPECT from these companies that we spend our hard earned monies at. For this manager to have no regard for falsely accusing this lady of stealing,cursing at her and the eventually knocking her out is downright revolting. Whether or not she was stealing he absolutely had no right to touch her in any shape or form. Either way this act is appalling,unnecessary to say the least. #TEAMNODOEUNTILWEKNOW
