I am home. Whew, what , a whirlwind trip. 850 miles on the Harley in 36 hours. Half of that was with the 1st leg of the American Legion Legacy Run, From Indy to the Veterans Home in St James MO. I met a ton of really good people, and I also got to Meet the American Legion National Commander, he called me "Big Boy" LOL, He is a super guy and we had our picture taken with Ronnie Toebben. Had an Awesome time and I want to Thank everyone involved, from the Organizers, Workers, The American Legion Post #64 in Indianapolis IN for Hosting us last night and again this morning, Thanks for the Hospitality and the Meals. Thanks to the Legion Post in Effingham Illinois for Hosting us for Lunch, Again, another wonderful meal, I love pork chops, and the folks there were fantastic, welcomed us with open arms, and even the Post Commander and his officers met us out front of the Post and welcomed us with open arms. It just dosent get any better than that, but I have come to expect nothing less of any of the American Legion Members and Posts. Nationwide, an AWESOME bunch of folks, and last but certainly not least, My new legion friends from across the country, Iron Ass from West Virginia, Sarge from Georgia, and the guys from Florida, Alabama, New York, Missouri, OMG I could go on all night. Mark Clark, the ALR Missouri Riders Director, see you Tuesday Night. Thanks to all, it was my Honor and my Pleasure to have met each and everyone of you.
